2020 POLICY CHANGES | NATURAL LIGHT STUDIO in Dublin, Ca
We have made some policy changes in 2020 and we are excited about them! We always want the space to be a happy, positive environment for everyone who visits, this is why some of these changes are happening this year. So! Here goes….
First, our week hourly rate is changing! Monday through Thursday, the new hourly rate will be $75/hr. Yay! We are excited about this because it helps you get in at a cheaper cost and makes it easier for you to book on a budget (we TOTALLY get that!) AND it helps us book up more of the weekday. We have big goals this year, and that’s one of them! Friday thru Sunday, rates are $100/hr.
Second, we are changing how you rent our beautiful seamless backdrop paper. We want to make sure we have enough funds to replace any paper at any given time (whether it’s because we ran out or if the roll was damaged) and charging $25 with your rental time (if you decide to use them) will help secure new, beautiful paper.
Third, we are enforcing our cleaning policy this year. (We kinda didn’t last year and that was not a good idea!) We want to make sure the space stays neat and tidy for the next guest who comes in after you. Sometimes that happened, other times, NOPE. That didn’t happen. But that’s ok! We are learning along with you! That is why this year we are enforcing our $150 cleaning fee if the space isn’t put back and clean (meaning, furniture, props, rolling backdrop + plants are put back. The floor is swept and tidy and garbage is taken out) before someone else comes in. It kinda stinks but we need to do it because we value our time cleaning and your time and experience at the space.
