We are so excited to announce The Art of Film Photography workshop with Rachel Howden Photography !
This 3 hour film photography workshop is for beginner film photographers who are just starting to incorporate film in their client sessions or just as a hobby!
Rachel will guide you through all the basic essentials to get you started in film photography covering topics like metering, shooting, choosing film stocks, shipping your film, film labs, editing film scans, matching your digital images to film.
She’ll also cover:
Why she chooses film, how film transformed her business, implementing film into your sessions, transitioning from shooting digital to film.
PLUS!!!
This workshop includes a shootout just for you! We’ll have 2 models and gorgeous florals to shoot and practice on.
It’s highly recommended that you have a working knowledge of shooting manual (there won’t be instruction on shooting in manual mode) and you bring a film camera along with you (don’t have one? Don’t worry! Rachel will send you info on how to rent or purchase a camera and some film.
